What kind of bike are these?

I'm new to this website and mini bikes. I picked up these two mini frames last week. Does anyone know the name of these frames and from what year?

Top was built by Bird Engineering.. I believe the filled in gooseneck support means it can be either a Bird Engineering, or Sears.. It would be like a "Bird Duck" model..

The second is a Cheeftah, sold by Lomart, couldn't really say on the model..
