Looks like a Rupp with Bonanza wheels.
This is what I was thinking, but some differences. This is blkscorpion's c250.

It's got the go power front wheel not sure about the back maybe the same also the rear of the frame curves round like the seat. I have seen this on birds
and tacos but I have no clue maybe a bonanza I'll wait for more reply's. Thanks

The frame to steering head was what caught my eye. The way the top bars go past the steering head. Not a Bird or Bonanza.The rear wheel mounts look like a K&S.

It must be an older one. The top frame tubes at the steering head on the Hornet pictured are pinched off and welded to the steering head. Kyle's go past the steering head.
