what kind/type of kart is this?

Had this for years and was told it's a vintage asphalt kart but it don't look that old to me. Maybe 80-90's?

Would it be asphalt or a dirt kart?

It's Set up for asphalt now, just change to dirt tires if you want to run dirt.
