The guy I got it from wasn't positive it is a Rupp, but I'm pretty sure it is. Has front and rear hand brakes. Rear coil suspension is adjustable. Are they on upside down? 12 inch 24 spoke front and rear wheels with white paint over chrome. Chrome front fender and painted rear. Only has a rear light bracket, no front. Seat cover was redone and metal under seat repainted, so there is no serial # sticker. I'm thinking it's a Roadster, but I'm no expert.
