That is nice! If it's orange (looks orange in a couple photos, looks more red in others...), it may be an Allis-Chalmers. Gilson manufactured minibikes for A-C and M-W. I imagine the A-C bikes would be the more rare ones.

NOT an AC, definitely a Gilson. Allis branded bikes has a foil decal with model and serial number on the swingarm, and NO Gilson tag on the forks.
Nice bike either way, and as stated very comfy riders as they are a little longer wheelbase and can accommodate either a small frame Tec or a H series block.
Looks like it's mostly all there, the hardest parts to find will be the clutch cover and jack shaft bushings. The bushings are an odd oval shape and NLA, however they do pop up from time to time. As you are already missing one of the brackets, it might be easier (and cheaper) to get two new brackets and go with standard round oillite bushings. It has the narrow clutch bracket so that bike would have likely come with a two speed (probably why it's missing). Torque converters work great on those bikes.
