This thread is a little old but you can get clones at Princess Auto in Canada. Every couple of months they get an order of black Jiangdong clones for $150 plus tax that are great engines. Right now they have the 13hp honda GX390 for $399, im tempted to buy one but not until I finish my GX200.
Also a lot of people in Canada use Kijiji Toronto Classifieds: Free Classified Ads for Toronto, Ontario and you can usually find new or used clones or clone dealers on there. I've heard of random places in Canada getting them at Costso but ive never seen them there.
