Windber Project

#1
Well the bike buildoff is over and I have to keep myself busy to stay out of trouble , sooooooo I thought to myself if you are going to Windber you will need something to ride lol.
Any way I picked up a well worn dirt bug , a while back and had a new 7hp 208 cc clone on the shelf so , off I go on another build with an even closer deadline lol.

Here is my pile of parts , and yes those are ammo boxes lol.

Anybody else want to join the fun in a quicky build for Windber ?

Call me crazy but I started tearing down a second bike tonight lol.
The same frame as the other one and another 7 hp 208 cc engine only this one is going to be a mostly stock , just some custom paint.

Got a bit more done today , here is a couple of pictures of bike number two.

With the new engine mounted before tear down.

The fenders and chain guard with some fancy paint , the frame is only half painted.

Have to work on bike number one now lol.

Tonight I mounted the ammo can saddle bags and the wallmart rear bike rack , and set the rear fender in place.

Oh and I finished the paint on frame number two , just needs clear coat.

Will get some more done tomorow .

I am with Yooper, those ammo box saddle bags look good, I always see them at Princess Auto but wasn't sure if they would look good on a mini. Keep up the good work Rob.
