Like the title says i am looking for a nice 12" rupp blackwidow 28 spoke front wheel.

Wheel/hub/spokes needs to be excellent/nice/decent...don't care about tire conditon if there is one on the rim.

Just to help with your search. You can use a 24 spoke and a 28 spoke on the same bike and be correct. In 71 rupp had 2 different suppliers and some bikes had one of each. Some black widows also had 24 spoke in front and back and 28 or mixed. they used both kind on all 12" wheel bikes just depends what was on hand. Neither supplier could meet their demand so they used both.
