As many of you know, since the Fall Brawl at SpeedZone NJ, I have been traveling in New England visiting raceways and thus have not been on the blog as much as usual.
I have taken down Vic's thread, primarily because it has become a contentious and barely civil discussion and also because it is off-topic for Slotblog, which is of course a place to discuss slot cars and slot racing.
As a member in god standing at this fourm since March 2008, Vic is perfectly free to utilize the Racer Swap Shop forum to sell any slot car items he wishs to sell but I am going to ask him to refrain from posting publicly elsewhere on the forum regarding his health and financial situation.
Vic was correct when he said I am not happy about this firestorm. The adage that occurs to me is "Judge not, lest ye be judged." And I am not going to judge Vic based on information gleaned from the internet. It's certainly not my place to pass such judgement or to decide whose position or opinion is accurate.
If anone wishes to receive the link to the OldMiniBikes thread, please PM me and it will be supplied.
The topic of the Poulin finances in now closed as far as Slotblog is concerned. Further posts on that subject will be removed and/or the posters of such topics will potentially have their posting priveliges here reduced or removed.
It is time to move on and to get back to slot cars...
