Actually I found a pic of the bottom bolt hole cap off. Seems they screw off and there's a nut up inside. OK thanks. Now hopefully its not rusted shut. I've had my fill of massive rust battles for a little while. Hahaha
If they are tight, you won't like this job Brian! Make sure you have a good strap wrench and read KustomKartKids tutorial. If you do it wrong, you'll waste the tubes. They crush quite easily.

I just took apart 2 sets of these this week. I used ArcticMiniBike's method. I used a small ball-ping hammer to tap around the tube where it meets the lower eyelet. It breaks the corrosion in the threads. It takes a while, but it does make it easier to break them loose. Then, I used the strap wrench with a long screw driver laced through the eyelet.
