    anywhere to buy a scrub brake setup?

    anybody seen a scrub brake setup for sale? I cant find one on ebay or any of the shops i've found via google. i see disk & drum brake setups, but i need to go as cheap as possible here.

    how to determine handle bar size?

    i'm trying to order a throttle grip set, and most of the sets i see are for a 7/8" bar. when i measure the bar on my bike, it is 7/8" from the inside to the inside of the pipe. if i measure the outside to the outside, its 1". what size throttle grip do i buy?
