I see a lot of you fells running a 1.3 ratio rocker on the intake side only. Why is that? Why not both?

Would there be any performance gain by installing 1.3 rockers and proper springs in an otherwise stock animal? Thanks

Hi guys, here are some of pics of my latest project. I don't name my projects therefore the title. It has a briggs animal with .060" shaved off, billet rod, .310 cam with 1.3 rockers, a mikuni tm28 and as you can see a torque converter. The goal is 70 mph in the 1/8 mile on gas.
