cant find anything on this one,super lost,picked it up for nothing, motor has good compression and spark but wont start, would really like to go to a mikuni carb setup but im completely lost. hopefully someone can help me out.

I came across this ad and they look exactly like taco mini bikes except for the front plate on the forks. So did taco make those bikes for them or are they complete coppyed bikes. MEYERS LYNX MINIBIKE
