I have a chance to buy this at a pretty good price - around $200. It looks pretty nice but I have a couple of questions / concerns. I'm not sure what model this is. The bigger issue is the brake. Has that scrub brake been added on? I was thinking most of these would have been a drum. Any help...

I have a scrub brake bonanza, model of bike is unknown. Its current rear tire is a bald double indianhead 4.10x3.50x6. Is that the correct size or should it be bigger (possibly a 5.30x6 tire)? The reason I ask is because when I ride it and push on the brake, the brake arm almost hits the ground...
