2 hp briggs torque specs and mods

I am putting a 2 hp briggs on a motorized bike and need to know the torque specs for the connecting rod. it is a 60102 model and i aslo wanted to get some extra power out of it what mods can i do? i am already adding a straight pipe and air filter

i could not fit a torque wrench because of the oil dipper on the rod so i just tightened the bolts as much a I could and it has held up well so far.
