Basically..but some are kinda cool to beat on. They have a 3 speed version and it does almost 40mph.

Not my cup of tea, but a lot of people like them. :shrug: I know people are putting those engines on old/new Honda minis and the like.

Probably a couple hundred in parts. If someone offered it for two hundred, or less, I'd take it and do bad things to it with an angle grinder and my ebay account. :thumbsup:

I see them on our local CL for 700 and more. Currently, none of them are as nice as this one.

They do have a fan base.
