Has anybody used them before ??? Looks like you could use a #35 60 tooth blank sprocket and drill it to fit. Not sure about axle size though. Would a 5/8" axle fit ???
Update- According to Partsforscooters.com this wheel uses a 6000 bearing. Axles would have to be 10mm or 3/8". Too bad, they are such cool little wheels.

bearings are press in so you can change them, what you really need is the OD of the bearing then you can see if you can cross it with another bearing to fit the axle size you would like to use. And yes that sounds small but some of the Italian wheels on the bikes (even in 10") used 10-12mm axles.
