6.5hp honda gx200/clone pipes

need more info than just standard size.

I have run pipes as small as 3/4 and now I have a pipe jigged up with a .880 id heavy wall.
Its a nightmare plumbing big pipes inside the 165 frame rail....

Wish someone would sit down and do an internal rail pipe

No thats not the one I am looking for ( although I apreciate you looking over my shoulder and crunching the number on my pipes from all the way over there in California ).
For starters I have no idea of the tube ID or thickness and I want to stay inside the frame rail not outside where it will likely burn my leg ( wrap or not ) and and get crushed first time I tip the bike over on Oh Shit hill....

Here's something I have been working on, but the wall thickness is giving me a lot of trouble.

If I could get this in a thinner wall with around 880 primary stage to 1 inch second stage that would be dead on the money.....

Yellow is some high temperature sillicon sleaving for exhaust.

Works good but lot of heat still transfers. I do warp inside with some fiberglass friction tape.

I am not real happy with that header
