71 copper Briggs 5hp

I have a 1971 Briggs 5hp in copper. I know very little about this engine unfortunately. Compression feels good and it appears to have a magnetron conversion. There is spark but no diaphragm in the carb?? Might be good for a Powell or other resto. $100 obo located in Pennsburg PA 18073. Possible trades for 6" wheels or???
