I want to make a new seat for my El Burro and Fox Doodle Bug projects and am wondering if anybody has some helpful hints. I'll be using a sewing machine, scary!!!, and was wondering how to get the high back end I have on the original seats. I know that someone on this site is very good at making seats but I can't remember who. Any help will make this bike turn out awesome..:thumbsup:

kbs8ball is the seat guy...I have one of his...awesome quality and workmanship...
I like to make my own sometimes, usually out of scrap stuff like old leather jackets or welding aprons...
I adhere layers of differing-density foam together to get the shape I want, then trim on a bandsaw before covering...but, 'real' seatmakers don't use materials from JoAnne Fabrics and thrift shops...
