Anybody Know Make & Model of This Bike?

Hi, I resuced this mini bike frame and wheels from the trashman about 20 years ago and pieced it back together. I always wondered what make it might be, if anybody out there knows, please contact me. Thanks for the help.

If the top bars of the frame extend past the neck, it's a Ruttman. If the top bars loop down and go on down the front and meet at the bottom under the engine plate, it's Alexander Reynolds.
