I did, I had seen a 2'x4' one a HF and thought that it was kinda flimsy, so I built my own. Has anybody else done this or something to carry your minis/atv's from one area to another?

I had one till someone decided I no longer needed it, luckily the mower that was on it was clapped out and I got plenty more plastic gas cans! They got me @ wal-mart, the parking lot cam got good footage of them driving up and pulling the pin and keeper, removing it and sliding it into thier reciever and driving backwards and away! It did however not get a tag#! When I was a kid we had a bumper mount unit that had adjustable cradles for the wheels and we would take my BC1500 to the lake! Hey is that one of Allen's tanks on your DB?
Oh yah I use locking pins for all of my trailer hitches so I will not be losing a ball mount or Mini Bike carrier anytime soon, unless somebody takes the whole car.
I just found/bought a couple old school bumper mount carriers off craigslist the other day, dunno if I'll ever be able to mount them to anything though:doah:

The one we had was similar but the cradles mounted to a full length bracket and would slide a bit to fit different size bikes, the one set looks like the sliding parts off our old one that or they are able to be moved easily, Those are cool though I saw a set on ebay not long ago!
as long as you don't have a car full of passengers, you can throw a blanket down and put your bike in the back seat where nobody is gonna steal it.

I just toss em in my suburban, it'll hold 3 if you are carefull but more with the seats folded down, I use the HF moving blankets between them & strap the middle one but hauling just one is even easier!
Hell I throw greasy junkyard motors right in the back seat of my Cutlass because it's a piece of crap anyways and nobody is ever in the back seat. I beat my stuff to death. A Suburban you could get like twelve bikes into if ya don't care about paint jobs or interior panels.

When I was a young man I always kept a beater to drive to concerts and haul crap I'd never put in my sweet rides! It was also the car I'd loan to friends when they were down on their luck!
