Any one have a good video or pictures for the install of said part? I'm worried about crank position when installing new con rod. Any reference is appropriate please an thank you!

What do you mean by crank position ?

You don't have much of a option, where ever your torque wrench fits. Don't forget to oil the bolts and torque to 170 inch lbs.

These 12 points are tight I don't want to put it in the vice How should I remove them?

I wrap mine in a rag and loosely use the vice to break them loose...wrap it up good .

I know I should do it, But if I don't use the plastigage what are my chances of failure??? How often are these con rods not in spec?

I've never had one that was to bad out of specs...I would like to see .003 on all of mine...but that don't happen.

This is the last one I built..Hemi Head Predator..it was very close to .003

Hey twid, a piece of PVC and a hose clamp makes a great ring compressor for these things
