Bonanza MX

Was the original color on this bike silver/grey? Looks like I see bonanza blue under some layers of paint.:detective:

Nice bike you have there , I also have one in pieces , was silver. I have a Fuji (hodaka) 100cc motor to install on it . Still need tank and seat pan. Are you going to post pic's of your build ?

After some degreasing, the bike was blue. I never seen a blue MXut:

:001_tt2: It is a freak. I never seen a blue MX before (original). Either somebody wasn't paying attention at the factory or they ran out of silver.:laugh:

No Idea, I Goggled it, Looking up decals.

2 types I could see ( Coin type and Stripe type ).

That's a BC1500. The MX1400 & 1500 use that tank. My MX is a 1310. No top tank on a MX1310.

I'm in agreement with Karl , the Blue ones were and are the least desirable of all those crappy Bonanza's , ship that thing south quick , you don't want it contaminating your other bikes :devil2:
