briggs carb an tank

Im doing a 73 5hp briggs engine for the build off an.im.stuck the bolts on my carb an tank wont budge they are stuck on an the screw driver is stripping the head I dont know how to remove these do I.use pb blaster on.it can I.use a little heat on them or a screw extractor tool to.remove I.need to.get thede out so I can.move on.thanks ...

I forgot its the screws that hold the carb to.tank need to get the carb off to clean gas tank an rebuild carb ...

use needle nose vise grips.

You could carefully with a dremel cut a slot across the remaining screw head and use a regular screwdriver to remove them. Careful not to go to deep or you will for sure break the screw head off.

Thanks rmn727an bandit I got it off but it messed up.the tank the bolt broke off inside an the feul bowl came lose inside the tank gotta get another tank for a 130202 pull choke style 70s era..
