Is there a web site that I can go to to find out the HP of a briggs engine from the Model or type numbers? Thanks

on the flatheads of the late 60s on up, the first number of the model# is the cubic inches.
6XXXX = 2hp
8XXXX =3hp
9XXXX =3.5
10XXXX =4hp
13XXXX =5hp
The 2 1/2 are either 6 or 8 cubic inches, I can't remember. They may be relabled 2hp.
If it's older than 60s ?????
