carb problems

alright to begin nothins wrong with my bike, its the carb,whenever I put fuel in the bike the petcock leaks I have tightened it and loosened it becuz well when it comes to carbs I barely know the basics also the fuel is coming out of the petcock screw area any help would be appreciated

I cant really get good pics becuz idk what's wrong but I tried,btw I stuck a nail in the line to stop the leak

That looks like your bowl drain from the pics.

You have dirt, chips or some kind of dirt in your float bowl that is blocking that drain valve from closing completely. Take the bowl off, remove the screw and clean it out. That screw only needs to be snug to hold a seal.

In addition to what has been said that port may also be an overflow port. If the drain is sealing properly then your float may need to be adjusted to drop the fuel level down a little.
