Looks like it will be a fun project! :thumbsup: For lights you will need a lighting coil and a flywheel that works with the coil. If you look around you can find some Honda or clone take-offs that will bolt on your engine without any mods.

that bike looks sweet.. has the front fender hit the tire yet? it looks super cloose.. i like that tho it looks almost like a military rat rod lol

Thanks dodge, The fender looks closer than it actually is. At full compression there is 1/2" between the tire and the end of the bolts. And even though I've tried it hasn't come close to fully bottoming out while riding on a rough trail. Of course I'm not Evil Knievel so the bike has not been beat on too much! The way I tested this was to put a zip tie around each fork tube. And then I went for a ride and then measured the distance the zip tie moved. Low tech I know, but it worked!
