Any way of telling about how much the compression ratio is by running a compression test on engine after you do all your mods ?

A compression test will not tell you compression ratio.
Try a GOOGLE search on calculating compression ratio.

OND is correct , to get a accurate number you will have to spin her fast . Fast that you can't get
With the recoil starter , use a drill maybe 3-4 hundred RPM,s
