So basically the story is i was riding when the rear rim spokes gave out. Every one was broke. This was a 3.00x10 24 spoked wheel. It did me well until that happened. When it did though, it opened my eyes to tear the bike apart, and make it look nice. There was no chance for a re-spoke, as all the nipple holes were ripped out. My plan was to either do a 3 spoke, 4 spoke, 5 spoke, or 8 spoke design for the wheel. I went with 5. We used i think 1/4 inch flat steel bar or something like that for the spokes. Painted with silver rustoleum paint, its sexy and is very sturdy. No flexing of the welds at all. :grind:
