DB rear sprocket

I'm wanting to change my DB rear sprocket to #41 size chain and clutch. Clutch , no problem but don't know what size rear sprocket i need or what will adapt to the wheel hub. Any suggestions ?

How about the adjustable sprocket hub that OldMiniBikes sells? That will allow you to run any kart sprocket, and you can swap them out if needed.

Why do you want to switch to #41? Its weaker than #35.

Don't confuse #40 for #41 though. #40 is way stronger than both.

Just wanted to do follow up on chain loads cause i was thinking about changing over to a #41 chain on my doodle bug. Here's what i found out , #35 -1 strand working load is 480 lb.s , #40-1 strand working load is 810 lb.s , #41-1 strand working load is 500 lb.s . So i think i might just go with the #40 chain. Hope this was helpful info.
