Has anyone ever opened a Deepco Maximatic Driver? I would like to know if you can do it. I am sure it needs cleaning as I can see dirt, oil, crud, in it from the back side. Comets are easy but I can't see how to open this one. I also can't find any manual for maintainence on them. If anyone has one I would really love to get a copy.

well Dang, if you don't know how what luck am I gong to have? LOL this one seems to work, I just wanted to be sure it was all good inside. apparently these converters are really expensive! I can't find anywhere that says whether they are better or worse than new ones though.
The 4 screw slots are the connectors. carefully pry them up far enough to turn the connector 1/4 turn, then let them drop through the hole. Once all four are through the cover, you should be able to pull the cover off. It is tricky getting them all lined up to reassemble.
