Is the DB30's stock engine plate square to the bike's rear wheel?

In other words, can I use a speed square on the edge of the plate when measuring to drill the holes for the new Predator engine?

I did. Then I found out that you have to drill holes to use it.

I appreciate the gesture but it's kinda hard to measure from a picture.
Got measurements from the edge of the stock plate?

Actually, all I need to know is - are the front and back holes an equal distance from the side of the stock plate?
