El Burro, worth it or not?

I'm going to look at an El Burro this week. I have not seen it yet, but the guy says it runs and will need a few things fixed. He says it has an 8hp Briggs but it needs the recoil fixed (no biggie). He's asking $100 for it. Is this worth it? Can I find tires if I need them? Any help out there?

Let me know how complete it is when you see it. Take a digital camera along if possible and post up pics. I am always looking for more El Burro's. You could make some $ selling it to me. Tires will be almost impossible to find. I have paid $200 just for a clutch cover.
