Engine noise... Runs fine

Hi everyone, I had my plug out, finding tdc and I noticed a clunk clink noise when turned over by hand. It happens throughout all different stages of the piston stroke. The engine runs fine and no loss of power.

The engine has been built by one of the members on this site but I can't get an answer of what exactly has gone into it. I know it has:
22mm mikuni
Arc rod
Arc flywheel
18# valve springs
A cam but unknown which one.

Take a look at the video and let me know what you think.

*Edit* Its a jiangdong engine, 196cc I believe.

Another example.... Slower.

What you hear is opening and closing of valves. Is very normal and cannot be eliminated.
Compression release probably adds to noise.

My clone does the same thing , I think it's the compression release .

Ok thanks for the replies! It does sound like its coming from the cam area. I just wanted to make sure.
Im not against rebuilding it, just wanted to get some riding done since the snow is finally melting here.
