I have looked and can't remember seeing one thread dedicated to this subject. Come on guys/ gals. Show your stuff.

OK it aint fancy or super cool, but the exhaust on my blue DB no longer turns the frame black with this setup

And when the briggs is mounted I terrorize the block with a homemade header and tailpipe, no muffler!

Again nothing fancy just functional! Someone had to be first!:thumbsup:

Its not pretty but you can see the pipe snake inside the frame.

I just finished one and am in the process of making another one the same for my rupp bikes..I used the flange and a short piece of the pipe from the stock muffler..The rest of it is just some pipe I had laying around with the right bends..The muffler I picked up on sale for $3 bucks..
