First Clone Greyhound

#1
Well I finally got my first clone engine , it is a new Greyhound 6.5 from Harbor Freight that came on a three wheeler that I bought . It seems like it runs good and has good power .... but do these engines last or are they a short lived engine ?? I always said that I would not have China Clones till they were proven runners but it came on a trike and I am going to run it to see what it is like .what weight oil do they like ?? anyone have any favorite oil they run in them ?? Any other tricks that make them run longer ?? Thanks

Change oil like religion every 20 hours, use RotellaT, Delvac or a simmilar diesel rated mixed fleet oil 15/40. Never let fuel sit in them, run them or drain the fuel system at the end of season because the carbs are very sensative to gumming and dirt.

If you don't like it. You can always sell the trike(T555) to me with the clone. I have been beating the snot out of my T555 with the same clone. And i am 325 pounds:thumbsup: Randy
