Help with Broken Head Bolt

While removing one of the head bolts from my H40, the top of the bolt snapped leaving only a small amount of the bolt sticking out. I've begun to drill it out and the thread seems to be rusted to the rest of the bolt as i cant find the thread of the hole. Any suggestions?

Broken Off Head Bolt

If there is enough sticking out, I have welded ratchet extensions to them and soaked with a rust buster and turned them out with a breaker bar. I've heard of them being removed by experienced welders using a plasma cutter as well. Hope this helps.

Find a nut that will drop over the top of the broken bolt,then use a wire feed welder with hard wire set up with gas to fill the inside of the nut with weld.Try and unscrew it out as soon as the nut is not red anymore for best results.It works every time for me.
