Herter's/Predator Clutch Assembly

I have recently purchased a Herter's mini-bike. It was 90% complete, however the motor was missing. The mini-bike itself has all the original chains, sprockets, and belt going to where the motor was supposed to be (I believe it is called a jack shaft?). My intention was to purchase a harbor freight-predator motor to install in it. Thinking it would just be a belt sprocket or centrifical clutch application, was told that was not the case however. Looking for the proper setup to make this work if anyone has any information for me.

Hey Craig, welcome to OldMiniBikes. I believe I spoke to you regarding this on the phone the other day. I'm not an expert on these bikes but you're in the right place for help. Post some pictures when you can.
