How rare is this go kart?

I found this go Kart that looks like a Dune Kat but its a streaker pace setter. It has the sticker on it that sais high performance model mp 5m Streaker pace setter made by Ken-Bar MFG Co. It also has stealth stickers in 3 places. I found it in Mohave Valley Arizona for a price of $150.00. It has no motor. What motor did this come with? Thanks for any information on this find.

looks like a dune cat body, should have a 5 hp briggs or maybe up to 7 hp? anyhow its pretty similar if not exactly the same as the dune cat.
