how do i add photes to a thread

I had a heck of a time with this until I started using photobucket.
There is a tutorial on here but, I couldn't get it.

like i can figure it out from the thread but i cant figure out how to put them on my account page to put in my thread

An easy way to post them without putting them in your photo file, is this. Right click on a photo, when the options come up, left click on copy image URL.
Then right click in the post quick reply box, when the options come up left click on paste.

with no gap in between. Then click post. But do it in http://www.oldminibikes.com/forum/general-minibike-talk/390-how-post-pictures-test-area.html Like the boss says!
