Found this in a barn a year ago, all torn apart now and ready to resurrect.
I believe this engine is a Tecumseh HS40, BUT I have no shroud. Can anyone help with finding model so I can buy parts? I have identified the carb (with help from this site, thank you!!) But I need gaskets, rings, seals, ETC.
Cyl. bore 2 5/8 in.

single crank bearing on cover side
aluminum flywheel 1 1/2 thick on outside edge
Bike is complete except for rust removal and paint, pulling hair out getting this engine rebuilt.
