intake and adapter for Briggs...

Made an intake and adapter for a buddy, I'm also making my own but mines going to be a one piece Intake.

Yes, Tillotson. Mines not going to have welded flanges, it's one solid billet and I'm going to use an Ibea flatslide carb.

That looks really tough and is a nicely crafted part, I need to find a good used tig welder and practice welding steel first so I can get the feel of the pedal and control the puddle so I can stack some stitches like that one day.:thumbsup:

And here's the one I just finished for myself, all one piece Intake(no welding) with a separate adapter;

Mine is not only tapered on the outside, but also inside for a smooth transition from 1-1/8" to 7/8" in the intake and straight thru the adapter at 7/8" so I can remove a little less when I port match them and the countersunk bolts aren't as close to breaking into the intake tract and hindering flow in any way.

Of course, with this much carburetor and a cam to handle it; I'm seriously considering wheel bars.
