I picked this up last week , and I just finished it today
It didn't have any brakes, so I fabbed up a scrub brake, and someone welded a kickstand on it. I just wandered what it was. I got it and the extra 5hp Briggs for a song.

Mind you I cut off the rear fender brace. added scrub brakes, a kickstand was added, and the pegs have been reworked. Not to mention it had bent forks lol as usual.
The frame is wider than the Birds at the engine plate. The way the rear tubes are vertical with no slope, no neck gussets, and the trees and the plate all one piece,are what I was looking at. :shrug: what it is.
