Is this really a Briggs racing motor?

I just picked up a Rupp Hustler with the wrong motor. The one that is on it is a Briggs and Stratton 5hp. There are stickers indicating that it's a race motor. We're these stickers added or is it? Thanks in advance.

If the governor hole is plugged it's not a raptor.

That looks like a raptor to me. If it is flush and it looks like a hole was never drilled for the governor shaft to go through this then it's a factory raptor block. Nice score :thumbsup:

Looks to be a "race engine" as the governor hole looks to be closed off from the factory. Plus that warning sticker seems pretty genuine!

The governor hole is the first thing I look at.
