Had to wait til the last minute to start the thread.

I'm not making any promises I'll get the Harrison Wildcat done, but this might be the little jump start I need.

I have most of the parts I need except some new tires.

Not going to go over board, but I'm afraid I may already have done just that.

Got a mild built 5hp Briggs and a NOS Comet 2-speed jackshaft.

looks like a great start Steve what all is done to the engine?
Thanks! I'm kinda partial to the Harrison's and Pac Mules, I just like their size.

The motor has had the following done to it:
New piston/rings
New valves/ springs
Arc rod
New precision 145 cam
Milled head
Valve job
Honed
8mm plug wire
Drilled bearing (block) on flywheel side for better oiling
Bearing side cover with new bearing
New gaskets and seals
New bolts
Light porting ( knocked down the sharp edges), blended ports to valve seats for better flow to the valves
19mm Mikuni carb with custom intake.

I had this motor on a trail horse for a while and it runs like a raped ape.

No heat in the garage, so I had to bring the Harrison inside.

Started putting some of the parts bike to see how everything would fit. Found a couple issues with the clutch and motor. The engine has a half inch step on the shaft and doesn't allow the clutch to go on quite far enough so that the dual sprockets line up with the jackshaft. Should be and easy fix.

Hopefully over the next few days I'll have these problems straightened out.

hey jeep, where can i get my hands on a carb like that???
I just searched Google for a 19mm mikuni and found it. I can't remember where I bought it from though. Think it cost about $60-70 shipped. The intake is custom made by a member on OldMiniBikes....I think. Sorry, my mind is completely shot... lol
