I don't think there was ever a Bird model like that with front brakes but that doesn't mean you couldn't put a different front end on it or modify yours.. The larger front tire would make it handle better but front brakes are most likely not required.. Those little bikes don't really go fast enough or get driven hard enough to need front brakes..
If It was sold by Sears it would be a Puncher. If sold directly by Bird it would be a Falcon.
Larks had a straight post for the front seat mount, for mounting the bicycle looking banana seat, and solid suspension on the front.
With the scrub brake set-up you can't use that large of a rear tire ... You will have to stay with the 4.10-3.50-5 unless you refab the whole brake area
