K&M Scrambler

Found a K&M scrambler local to me, OG paint complete, needs a bit of assembly, has new tires and tubes, has a Briggs alky flathead, any idea what its worth? I'm thinking around $250

Does he have the front fender, foot pegs, clutch guard, grips, exhaust, pull starter for the engine? The front tire is a wheel barrow tire. Not recommended for a mini bike. The engine isn't even bolted down? Just a few things to consider when pricing a bike.
