Looking for a tecumseh gas tank

I need a tech tank for my HS 50 right hand side fill . A 1970 metal one is preferred but can deal with a plastic one in white and ex condition. This is for my Powell E model .

Keep in mind that the upper tank bracket will have to be changed as the one in pic will will not work with a corner fill tank.

To relocate the tank, you will need the upper and lower front tank mount brackets .Swap the spacers and longer head bolts under the current bracket from the back to the front, a longer fuel line and of course the 2 qt tank.

Why are all these guys on Wulf's WTB thread?

David, you probably already know, but a center fill tank, metal, with the flange running vertically around the tank, was what was originally supplied. I have a nice plastic center fill I was going to use, but it sat very close to the front of the frame. I got a metal one as described from Johnny Tillotson and lined it with Caswells and painted it white.

At any rate, you don't need a corner fill tank with this bike, although it would make refueling slightly easier.
