Mini Bike Crate

Now , this is the way to ship a mini bike....took me a couple of hours, but I know my little Skat Kitty will arrive safe way out in Michigan.

Here was the box I shipped my Kitty to Hawaii in...........

I used 2x4's.

The cardboard I used came from a Pumpkin create.:doah:

UPS and FedEx are one-man operations, they either carry it or they use a dolly....total weight around 80#

That thick cardboard comes from a gaylord box. If you google it there are people that deal in used Gaylord boxes. I have banded mini's to a pallet then flipped a gaylord box over the top of it then banded it. A bit easier than building a crate and if you want to ship bike assembled.
